Booked a free consultation on September 30th 2022 for October 27th 2022 at 12:30. Never received a call. Received two confirmation emails and called prior to, to ensure a phone call was okay and was told yes. Called the office on 10/27 at 12:33pm and was only told that I could leave a voice-mail. Not very professional.

During my initial interactions, I primarily communicated with Missy, a paralegal who initiated the legal proceedings for my accident in August 2023. It is crucial to gather all relevant documentation, including photographs of all vehicles involved in the accident, a copy of the police report, and a photograph of your personal auto insurance policy. These documents should be forwarded to the paralegal to facilitate the initiation of your case. Subsequently, a comprehensive package detailing your case will be dispatched to you via mail. Please exercise patience, as settlement negotiations may be protracted. My case was successfully resolved in June 2024 by Madison, who diligently pursued additional negotiations on my behalf, resulting in a favorable outcome. Madison demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise, as do the other attorneys employed by this firm. I was ultimately satisfied with the settlement reached.

I absolutely loved my experience at Auger and Auger. I worked With Keely and Madison and they both did an outstanding job! They always made sure I knew what was going on in the process. I was in an accident and It took about a year to get everything settled. I was pretty impressed with how much I settled for because I never would’ve thought I would get that much! If I’m in need of a lawyer again I will definitely be back for sure, 10/10 recommend!
