My experience has been nothing like the other posters. My case has been in the hands of five different case managers since I started working with this law office. I am the one that have reach out for an update, I received two calls between the five different case managers. Staff is pleasant and professional when I call. I spoke with the attorney on two different occasions about my concerns of receiving new case managers. He assured me that thier internal system is updated and the information will carry over to whomever is handling my case, but that doesn't make up for the lack of follow up on incomplete task. The third case manager was suppose to request additional medical records that were missed in the initial request process. Now it's seven months later and the request was submitted recently for the first time. It would be nice to have a better experience and true transparency of my case. I've had to assist with gathering information on case managers behalf. But my fees to this law firm will still be the same regardless of the lack of committed staff. If I wasn't so far into the process, I would take my case somewhere else.

I had a misdemeanor for reckless driving back in spring 2021. Courts were closed and the case was pushed back until fall 2022. I needed someone last minute and when I reached out to Habekah in late September she was super friendly and available to help! I get paid once a month and her office was also flexible and offered payment plans to pay for the service. My violations were dismissed so I’m pretty pleased.

Over the past year, I have been through the ringer in relation to legal issues. In August 2021, a movable conveyor belt fell onto my head at work, gave me a concussion, and broke my jaw. But the accident and the surgeries weren’t the most stressful. The more troubling part was getting response and communication from Sedgwick, the company handling worker’s compensation claims and insurance. So, I reached out to to the law firm of Riddle & Brantley to get help and support, and almost immediately, issues with Sedgwick disappeared and worker’s comp insurance processes started moving efficiently. This is in no small part due to the help and persistence of Riddle & Brantley and their support toward my cause and needs. Although the payment settlement took a year, I am most thankful for having a law firm in my corner who advocated for me consistently throughout the year and answered many of my questions through a tumultuous time in my life, Special thanks to Monica Fuentes, Chris Brantley, and Michelle De Leon for all of their help, along with office receptionists and admins who were there for me throughout this journey.
