I cannot express how wonderful Julie is!!! What a breath of fresh air, to have someone spend time helping me in a situation that SEEMED hopeless. She walked me through all the options and never once pressured me in any way. She spent time explaining things and gave me some very clear direction!! Thanks to Julie, I now feel like I can move forward and fix my situation. Thank you soooo much!!!!!!. Also, my initial contact was with Bryce, who was awesome as well! Absolutely everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and professional (and patient with my lack of computer skills). I took part in a FREE consultation via the phone. Gregg was cordial and knowledgeable. I was given several options on how to move forward with my tax issue. There were no strong-arm tactics nor pressure of any kind to make a purchase. The ball was left in my court. After speaking with him, I feel confident, that I can make an "informed" decision. WatchGuard really watches out for you.
