After not getting answers to my questions anywhere else, I tried WatchGuard/Mayfair. I started with an online chat and giving my details. Greg Thorson responded by email within an hour. I called Greg and had a very productive conversation with him regarding my situation. He was able to give me some direction and advice, which gave me some hope that I could get my issue resolved, even if it was through another avenue. I placed a call to WatchGuard Tax Services to get a free consultation and I was so impressed not only with how expeditiously my call was responded to, but how truthful Greg was in telling me how I could handle my situation directly with the IRS and there was no need to pay them the $1,500 they would charge if I were to use them.
