A huge thank you to Kim and her team. I have zero experience with legal things and the thought of doing this by myself was daunting to say the least. I chose Kim based off of reviews and I am glad I did. Kim and her team are incredible. The tools were easy to use, and I had issues with uploading some documents and Katarina was able to process them for me. They were patient and thorough and made sure I had everything I needed. Kim was more than happy to meet me in person even though she does offer virtual services. I felt more comfortable in person and they accommodated me. The pricing is also good. She's not the cheapest nor the most expensive from what I saw, but I'm glad I chose her. I definitely felt like she was worth every single penny. The entire process was a breeze. I have friends and family who are contemplating their financial future, and I trust them with her.

Great adviser

Kimberly did an outstanding job. She worked very hard for us. I highly recommend her practice. Her assistant, Carol, was also a huge help. They were both wonderful.

So bankruptcy itself sucks... but the relief you get from finally getting air after feeling like drowning for YEARS is well worth the trouble. Kim Sheek is not the kind of lawyer who is going to hold your hand every step of the way through this process, but she IS incredibly competent, very good at communicating back to you when there is something to report, and she and her paralegal, Carol, do a great job not making you feel judged for making dumb choices that led you to this option. I hope to never need her services again, but if I know someone in need, I'd happily recommend her.
