Ms. Williams represented me with my child custody case and even though I wasn't awarded primary custody of my daughters, my reasonable and liberal visitation, three states away proved unbearable for dad. There was an new incident with one of my daughter's and I reacted as any mother would. I emailed Ms. Williams on a Sunday and she responded the following day with advice to help protect myself and my daughters. I'm satisfied with her representation, but she is a one woman show! So be patient, remain honest and update her and she or her assistant, Christina, will respond! :)

My sister was recently involved in a child custody situation. Simone was incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. From the beginning, she understood what my sister was enduring with not having access to her two daughters, as a result of arbitrary and controlling behavior of their father. Simone was honest with my sister and assured her that the ultimate outcome would be in the best interest of the children. Simone was beyond prepared at each and every step of the process leading up tot he actual child custody trial. She went in with a "game plan", but was deft and nimble at shifting her strategy when key testimonies and documents were admitted into evidence. Her preparation allowed the judge to see the truth in the facts presented and rendered her judgment accordingly. Thanks to Simone, my sister can now move forward, confident in the knowledge that "right" has prevailed again! ;-)

Mrs. Alston has truly been a blessing to my family. Nearly 7 years ago, she helped me get my daughter out of a crazy environment with her biological mother. I now have primary custody and my daughter is making magnificant strides in education and now athletics. Thank you Mrs. Alston! I'm forever in debt to you!
