I hired Jonathan to help update my will. We discussed what I had set up and all changes I needed/wanted to the will. Jonathan was very efficient and provided everything I needed. The price was excellent. I even asked questions that did not have anything to do with estate planning. Jonathan explained that this was not in his area of expertise, but did look into it for me. Above and beyond.

Hired Jonathan to transfer my business from OR to NC. He was able to do it quickly and dissolve the LLC in OR. The NC govt sites arent much help in telling how to do this exactly but I am sure they would be all up your butt if you did it wrong......so glad Jonathan was able to do this for me. Probably the easiest lawyer to client experience I have ever had!
