Ms. Pennebaker is more than competent, she cares. One major consideration we had when considering bankruptcy was who would be my lawyer and consultant. Given that we were over the means and we were trying to prevent foreclosure of our main residence and maintain vehicles, we knew upfront that it would be a Chapter 13 and not a Chapter 7.
