I hired Matt to handle a speeding ticket (30 MPH over the limit) & 2 drug charges (possession of a controlled substance & paraphernalia). I was pulled over & searched coming home from vacation. I got 10+ letters in the mail from Statesville, NC lawyers offering me representation but they all looked kinda sketchy. I called a few of them for a free consultation but didn't feel comfortable hiring any of them over the phone as I live 400+ miles away. I was planning on representing myself when I checked online 1 last time & saw good reviews for Matt & his firm so I called and I'm so glad I did. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and straight up honest. His rates were among the lowest & he gave me a small discount to come in the cheapest so I hired him. He's quick to respond to emails or any questions you have throughout the whole process. Matt was able to get both of my drug charges completely thrown out!!! On top of that he went back to court for me a month later and got my 30 MPH over the limit speeding ticket reduced to 5 MPH over the limit!!! If I ever again get in trouble in the Charlotte/Statesville area the first call I'll be making is to Larsen/Weaver law firm. I cannot give Matt enough praise. These are not your run of the mill blood sucking lazy lawyers who just want to get paid outrageous rates and really don't care about you. These guys are young, aggressive and hungry to build there business & make a name for themselves. After seeing how well they handled my case I would've gladly paid double possibly triple what they charged. I was charged with a speeding ticket in Union County. The ticket was for 70mph within a 55mph zone. I contacted Mr. Weaver only DAYS before my initial hearing, where over the phone I was assured my case would be taken care of to the best of his abilitys. He sent me a waiver via email, which I signed and promptly paid the $60 to retain him as an attorney. I believe there was an extra $10 fee for paying online as well as another $10 DMV fee for retrieving my driving record, for a total of $80. The price was well worth the relief of stress and worry from the matter. Within a few days I received an email from Mr. Weaver stating that my charges had been negotiated down to an improper equipment, which carries no DMV points or insurance points. I did NOT have to appear in court or do anything beyond following the procedure of retaining him. 10/10 - I would retain Mr. Matthew Weaver again for future discrepancies; very pleased.

Got a speeding ticket in NC (75 mph in a zone where the speed limit dropped) received about 20 letters in the mail but after some research on the web, decided to go with Mr Weaver. Best decision ever. Always received prompt responses to my emails and phone calls. Ticket was reduced to a moving violation. GREAT service. Thank you for all your help!

I was leery of hiring an atty after reading some of the reviews of people paying an atty only to have them not appear in court on their behalf. I thought I might be better off representing myself. Then I chose this firm, thinking that these are young guys starting a practice and they will not drop the ball. My strategy worked. Matt went to court and got my charged reduced without me having to spend travel time, court cost, gas, hotel bill, food, etc for a trip from MD back to NC.

Mr. Weaver did an AWESOME job handling my speeding and window tint ticket. The outcome that he reached for me was beyond satisfactory. Not only that, the charge for his services is the best one that I found out of 17 letters that I had received for representation from an attorney. His communication was GREAT. He let me know the process and what he was going to do to handle my tickets and he executed his plan better than I was expecting. Fast, easy, honest, and reliable. Mr Weaver was able to get my speeding ticket reduced and prevent me from driving 4 hours from Atl to appear in court. NC is a joke!!!

When I needed an attorney I needed someone to be able to explain the process to me, since I hadn't had a ticket before, and to be able to get things done. Matt did just that. He answered all my questions and was able to take care of my case without any problems. The only thing I would say is a flaw is that at the end of the day I'd have to ask him how the case went, so just communication could have been better. Otherwise, he's a very efficient attorney.
