I've had a wonderful experience with the office of Marcari, Russotto, Spencer & Balaban Law Firm. I was in a car accident early January where i was in a head-on collision due to a drunk driver. Hospital bills were frequent & enormous altogether. This legal team really cares about there clients, i had the pleasure of working with Shelia, who called to check up on me & keep me me in the loop as well as Mr. Balaban who explained to me carefully each measure we should take in the process. During my experience i've had complete confidence in the team and ended up with a large sum of money afterwards. I'm grateful to have no remaining bills, a good chunk of money, and my health at an all time high. I started my case and claims with this law firm way back in 2009 when I had numerous denials from the VA for my PTSD and other claims from my military service back from 1974-1978 and when my veteran service advisors couldnt help me or wouldnt take my case these professionals took my case all the way to Washington,DC to the VBA and in 2018 my claim was granted for PTSD; Hallelujah!! I was granted my backpay for 9 years and a rating of 70% with a nice compensation for the years I painfully waited to have my claim settled and if it wasnt for the Marcari,Russotto,Spencer & Balaban firm I probably would never have received my benefits so I want to personally say to all the firms lawyers and especially my paralegal Amanda Madina who encouraged me and patiently worked diligently to get my claim approved......Thank you , Thank you, Thank you.!!!
