Several months ago I was involved in a rear-end collision. I didn't want to take time out from work to hassle with car repair, insurance and medical bills. I got a recommendation to call Auger & Auger to get help. They explained what I needed to do and what treatment I was entitled to. I was able to get my car fixed at the shop I wanted and get extra rental car time when it took longer than expected. They worked with me to make sure I had the proper medical treatment from my chiropractor. Every week they would call to follow up on my treatment to see how things were progressing. I don't think I would have been able to get the treatment and car repair I needed without their help or without having to spend hours on the phone fighting with the insurance company. I would recommend Auger & Auger to anyone who needs help with a personal injury claim.

Janice is a very knowledgeable and professional attorney. I moved to Charlotte from Los Angeles and needed to redo my living trust. Janice knew what needed to be done and went right to work. She fights for her clients. She knows her facts and law. She tries a lot of cases and does not roll over for anyone. She represents the poorest of the poor but you wouldn't know it by the way she fights for them. She has her rules and case law when the judge asks for proof about her argument. She is very passionate in what she does.
