Terrible communication, unprofessional, no accountability with their staff. Amanda Phillips is horrible. If she is your paralegal, please ask for someone else. I followed all of her instructions only for her to come back and say that is not correct. Sent her a document and she emailed the next week stating she was still waiting on the document I sent her the previous week. Emailed her numerous times and called twice and no reply. I called to talk to a mgr or the owner and the receptionist sent me to Amanda who DIDN'T answer. I called right back and they ignored my call. I used a different phone # and they answered on the 2nd ring. Unbelievable. And these are professionals who we are suppose to trust with our private, personal information. I have been highly displeased with their level of incompetency, unclear/lack of communication & unprofessionalism. If your realtor OR lender refers you to this lawyer, please run the other direction. It will be a nightmare. Unanswered emails, no call backs, ignored phone calls, & incorrect information.

I have nothing but great things to say about this Law Firm. The staff treated me nice and respectfully. They always called me back when I couldn't get in touch with them, but most importantly they fought for the money I deserve. I will recommend this Law Firm to any of my friends or family members in the future.

I was unfortunately involved in a car accident early June of this year. Truck driver fell asleep at the wheel & hit me on the driver side. My sister recommend me to Marcarci, Russotto, Spencer & Balaban - might I say it was the right decision. They represented me extremely well & fought to make sure I got everything needed as far as proper care (treatments) & more. I would strongly recommend them to any & everyone! I just really want to thank the entire office for representing and having my best interest at heart throughout this entire process!
