I highly recommend connecting to Auger & Augur for any personal injury related legal representations. I briefly spoke to the paralegal/receptionist and was immediately connected to an attorney. She was not only professional, well-versed in personal injury laws -- but extremely empathetic to what had happened. I will continue to use Auger & Auger for any future needs and would recommend it to all my friends. This is very different if you call other large law firms within the greater Charlotte area (Warren & Kallianos being the worst experience),

I don’t know where to begin to explain how much Ms. Nesmith has done for me. I own a small business and had to deal with a issue that has been consuming my life for two years. I went through two lawyers before I found Ms. Nesmith. Feeling hopeless and doubtful about my unwelcoming situation I was expecting the same outcome as the previous lawyers. My case was already in judgement status and I was beyond frustrated due to the fact I attempted to resolve the issues several times before the judgement was placed. Having a small business definitely makes you a target. My first conversation with Ericks Nesmith made me feel at ease. I remember after talking to her I immediately felt a sense of relief. My company was facing a large lawsuit for some alleged equipment damage in early August, so I reached out to one of my long-time colleagues and was referred to Attorney Nesmith of The Nesmith Firm. Since my case was already in the judgement phase I was stressed, frustrated, and a ball of nerves at the consultation; however, Attorney Nesmith did an amazing job of calming me down and getting the information we would need to have a successful case. She was direct, thorough, attentive, professional, and most of all patient. Which I appreciate the greatest out of everything else. I have a slight speech impediment which gets worse when I’m nervous and frustrated but Attorney Nesmith did not rush me at all. She allowed me to take my time explaining my situation and patiently waited for me to finish. Not cutting me off or making me feel less than (unlike the three attorneys I spoke to prior which all said “let me stop you right there”). To me that exceeded professionalism. Ms. Nesmith is well versed in many aspects of the law including the domestic case in which she represented me. Ms. Nesmith went above and beyond what was expected to prepare herself with all facts of the case. We walked into court feeling very confident and in the end, we did prevail.
