Great team -- very responsive. Yessica is super responsive and " on it " -- usually getting an answer within a hour or two if not immediately which is usually the case. She is also super nice. I work with lawyers all the time in Real Estate and it is refreshing to work with a firm so responsive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend connecting to Auger & Augur for any personal injury related legal representations. I briefly spoke to the paralegal/receptionist and was immediately connected to an attorney. She was not only professional, well-versed in personal injury laws -- but extremely empathetic to what had happened. The Potter Law firm has a group of caring people who are very helpful and responsive. John Potter has prepared our wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and helped with getting organized. Just completed his webinar yesterday on what updates are needed. The office staff is wonderful and similarly helpful.
