My initial consultation was prompt on time. It was short but Mr. Yandle very knowledgeable and has a plan and has asked me for additional documentation to pursue the analysis and review. I will be retaining his service and will write another review after we get through. Right now very impressed with the plan of action.

I received notification from the IRS on some significant back taxes owed. I was referred to Rick through my employer’s legal benefit service. Rick responded immediately, explained the exact nature of the IRS’ request and provided me confidence in exactly how he would respond on my behalf. I forwarded the documentation he requested and within 48 hours he had sent my response to the IRS. My liability was reduced to a much less significant amount. I appreciated Rick’s prompt communication and knowledgeable explanation to all my concerns and questions.

I had a big problem. In January, I contacted Rick after the IRS informed me that I owed a large sum (approaching 6 digits). I was certain they were in error but the tone and confusing calculations on their correspondence created doubt. After reviewing all of the records I provided, he promptly reached out to the IRS on my behalf. The IRS pushed back 2 months later. I was already thinking about liquidating assets to cover the bill, but Rick assured me that we should try again. The IRS acknowledged our second response and said they would respond within 60 days. By now it's summer and I am sweating more than ever. Then a letter arrives from the IRS indicating that they had reviewed and found that I did not owe anything. In fact, they calculated that they actually owed me a small refund. Without Rick, if I was acting on my own, I would have caved and paid what the IRS said. I am very grateful for Rick's advice and persistence. He knew how to phrase the response in a manner that resulted in a very satisfactory outcome.

Mr. Yandle offered good advice and advised me through every step with the IRS. He called when he said he would, and helped me negotiate a settlement plan I can live with.
