I have had to deal with attorneys before but they are pretty much cut from the same cloth....except for Atty Joe. From the moment that I met him, he was easy going and sincere. He wasn't pompous or try to talk down to me. He patiently listened to my concerns and helped me to think through some tough decisions... He didn't mind sharing personal experiences that helped me to feel better about my choice to file BK. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good BK attorney. You won't go wrong.

Mr. Bochiccio was not forthcoming about my Chapter 13 bankruptcy case. Assured me that ALL my property would be protected. Image my surprise when my car was repossessed late one evening. When asked if I could reclaim my vehicle, Mr. Bochicchio toldd me it was not possible. Finally, I sought a second opinion. I was surprised to learn that my car could have been returned.

top notch lawyer...he is the "antithesis" of what i originally thought of lawyers. Joe is a down-to-earth guy and made me feel comfortable through out my case. He clearly explained how it (my case) would be handled and what I should expect. I was very satisfied with his experience in this particular field and how he took care of my business.
