I’ve used them for two closings and both times had a great experience. I would recommend them.

I want to start out most and foremost how the hell can a law firm give a deed to someone before they even wire money to someone's account and then leave me sitting in a motel room for 2 in a half days this Law Firm shouldn't even be in business they are not professional law firm in my book they suck and I would never never never never never never use this company ever again leave me in a motel room for 2 and 1/2 days I have to eat out wash my clothes at a laundromat and then they wire my money to my lawyer and they're $150 short what a poor poor poor sorry ass Law Firm this is I wouldn't use them to represent me in a dog fight and to top it all off we've had three people try to get in touch with this so-called lawyer three people 2 and 1/2 days they will not return no calls no emails I just want to know why they still in business sorry ass company

They have had my case since Jan 2023 It's going on 2 years I'm on my third lawyer now with this company I am very unhappy with them I would never recommend them Beware of them

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this law firm. Despite multiple attempts, Matt Malone has not responded to my emails or phone calls. They made an error on a deed, and now they are refusing to correct their mistake. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend their services—save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Alex Katz, Shelia Hemingway, and their team have been amazing at keeping me up to date on my daughter and I’s case. Anytime there’s a big update they make sure to let me know what’s going on and ask if I’m okay moving forward. They told me to focus on my daughter and I’s health and they’d do the rest. Well, we’re just about at the end of both of our cases and they’ve done just that. I’ve never been in an accident before nor had to deal with lawyers so it was all scary for me. Alex and Shelia specifically have comforted me through the whole time they’ve had my daughter and I’s case. Huge thank you to them, I appreciate it.

They took several months to finish even after saying it wouldn't be but a few more weeks. Then in the middle they changed lawyers and i don’t have a clue why. The new lawyer got it on a ball and got everything moving quicker. They will get the job done but it would help to have better communication throughout the whole process. I do recommend them because they will do what’s best for your situation and in the end help you out!

I was in a Basic Car accident and it's been over a year and a half. I had to do a lot of the Leg work. I asked them if they go the bill they said no from the physical therapy provider and I had to get it for them. I had to reach out and get a bunch of documents for them. What got me upset, was the fact they would tell me after I call to follow up. If I didn't call I wouldn't know what is going on. There was a lack in communication and I have to keep calling to find out the status. My case isn't a big case thank God I wasn't badly hurt so I guess that is why I'm not put on the list of importance with this firm. I'm sure you will get better service if you have a bigger case but I just want my case wrapped up and it's taking to long with out any communication. I'm getting the sense they don't give a shot about my case because its small but I brought my case to them for a resolution and I'm not getting that.

It took some time but this law firm went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were completed.Thank you
