Mr. Russotto is awesome!

My experience with Macari, Russotto, Spencer and Balaban, was awesome!!!! Kelli McNeil rocks. She helped me not to feel clueless about things I was clueless too. Lol. The whole team here is awesome as well. I am extremely happy with the treatment I was provided. The team didn't make me feel like I was just another case, but a person, who needed help. If I had to choose again, I would definitely choose this team of wonderful experts. Thank you again for being there for me during my accident.

Best decision I have ever made is hiring this GREAT TEAM !!! Not only did they take care of my accident in a great fashion. They also called me just to check on me during the darker day's. David Russotto went to battle for me on my medical bills and helped secure a big discount. Brad Balaban took time form his busy day just to let me come in and talk to him about how the accident effected my life, he didn't charge me for his time, instead he said Mr. Argabrie that's why we are here I promise the firm has your best interest in mind. My lawyer always got back to me in a manner time even his secretary I have business with a lot of lawyers and I think I would prefer them and will recommend them to you for your business.

Still dealing with them, but interactions have always been initiated by myself. I do not believe they are fighting for top dollar. They are out to get what they can for themselves. The woman who called me, her excuse was "oh its GEICO so they don't pay much"! You have got to be kidding me

Ryan Hatley was assiduous from day one, while working on my child custody and equitable distribution case; he kept me apprised of all new developments. You will not find a harder working attorney than Mr. Hatley.

Not very interactive at all it seems like if they have your case and its not a million dollar lawsuit your file sits there and collects dust ,but what didn't like is that they won't keep you informed about what's happening with the case i would have to be the one calling asking questions in addition to that i don't believe they fight to get you the maximum amount of money you should get. i should have chosen another law firm

I refuse to pay her when she think im lying to her about the infestation. I have been with her since April 2014 never missed a payment but when I found out that the previous tenants had the bed bugs and roaches I went to her and asked her, her response was who told u that because I got the house sprayed. She wants her $500 monthly but when she told me to go head and spray I had to take $200 from my rent to do it. I told my landlord the exterminator would be more than gladly to explain to her about how long it takes to get rid of them , but she never called. I told her that I was going to move and she is trying to put me out by the 1st of june. I am a single mother of 2 boys I live paycheck to paycheck and I am trying to get assistance with legal aid and hopefully I can get all this situated. I am disappointed with the service my daughter is receiving from this Law Firm. She is a college student at UNC-Charlotte and decided to go with this firm after an accident and they have never returned a call since electing them as her lawyer.
