Me. Koehler invited me to pay his $200 for a consultation regarding a landlord tenant issue and his advice for that $200 was that I could file the papers in court myself. He offered nothing in the way of legal advice and rushed me off the phone. He said I was permitted to ask him one more question at no cost. I emailed a second question and never got a response. I get that lawyers are busy and this is their business, but we’re all busy. You don’t pay your mechanic $200 to tell you to fix the car yourself, right?
