I had a very complicated lessor/lessee case for a residential property and Mr. Kohler did an outstanding job representing me. He both won the case and beat a counterclaim from the case.
Mr. Koehler is very knowledgeable, well organized, knows applicable N.C. state law, and knows how to use legal strategy to win a case.
Mr. Koehler and staff were true professionals in the communication and planning involved in handling my case to produce a favorable outcome.

Although it's premature to rate this law firm until they complete the project and hand over the documents we need we can say that they were very professional and were able to answer all of questions. Unlike other firms I worked with did find odd they required the fee to be paid 100% upfront so try to have enough money to use their services beforehand to prevent getting into debt.
