My husband and I have had the worst experience with an attorney in this firm. Janet Herring the legal assistant had us running back and forth. She scheduled an appointment for a closing just to tell us she wasn't going to do the closing on that day. She could have given us a phone call, then she needed paper work from us that could have been discussed on the phone. Then when we got the paperwork and called her for an appointment to do the closing; we asked for any day except Monday and Wednesday well guess what she scheduled the appointment on Monday causing me to miss hours at work. So, we make the closing appt. assuming all is well. She told us we would get the check Friday and that she was going on vacation she assured us we would definitely get the check on Friday even if she had to leave it with the receptionist. Upon calling the bank today we find out she went on vacation yesterday and we now will not get the check until Monday. The way she handle this matter was very unprofessional with no consideration of her clients. Also, it needs to be noted it took 4mos for this closing.
