My daughter had a lapse of judgment and was stopped in Polk County for driving 25 mph over the speed limit. The charge was reckless driving and the consequences could have been licence suspension plus demerit points and a large increase in our insurance premium. Austin was able to negotiate with the district attorney and have my daughter's 'Reckless Driving Citation' reduced to 'Improper Equipment' which meant that she did not receive a demerit points penalty or insurance premium increase! Austin made this happen a month in advance of her court date! King Law Firm's attornery Austin Kessler exceeded our expectations at every level.
