I can't say enough good things about Scott C. Robertson Law office. They were cordial, kind, understanding, and were thorough in their communication. I was charged with going 58 in a 35 in Harrisburg (even though the speed limit sign was obstructed with tree branches in the dead of night)... no one could have seen that sign. The outcome of the case led to me having no points on my license and no increase in my insurance, as Scott was able to enter a plea of a lesser charge to the courts. I had never been issued a speeding ticket before, so this was a nerve wrecking process for me, but this law office may a stressful situation much more easy to navigate. I definitely recommend them, should you ever find yourself in a situation like myself.

He probably is the best lawyer but the receptionist is very rude and disrespectful.she asked me a question and I told her what was going and insulted me and father. Get a better receptionist.

When I was 13/14 Scott was my public defender, and aided my false accuser in convicting me. He didn't bring up available evidence proving the prosecution's story was a lie (aided also by Cathy, an ADA whose last name I don't remember but was best friends with my false accuser). The woman accusing me of assault spent more than 30 minutes alone with him in his office while we were supposed to be discussing my case. Not only did he not bring up that there were photographs taken by the police showng that I was telling the truth, he had me go on stand and then burned me, calling me a liar after I gave my testimony while still on stand. I'll likely never be able to get justice for the perversion of the courts he was a part of, but at the very least maybe someone reading this wont make the mistake of trusting him with their case.

Mr Robertson handled my son's case like a pro quarterback prepares for the big game. We had a game plan before going to court. He executed that game plan to perfection on our day in court, getting the outcome we were looking for. Remember your not a pro, so don't go it alone - Scott Robertson was our Tom Brady.
