I was told by another attorney to hire Mr. Hastings because He was what I needed for my situation. He is tough, but honest, and follows through on his word. Mr. Hastings is actually giving me light at the end of the tunnel. I can’t say enough about how that feels as a mother.. I can’t forget about B.J , I wish I could take her home with me.. the most kind, loving, sweet woman you can ever have in this field helping guide you.

Mr. Hastings is a PHENOMENAL attorney! I had a very complicated divorce case involving equitable distribution of a family business. I initially hired a different attorney, but after realizing how difficult the opposing party was going to make things, and after numerous personal referrals, I pulled out the big guns and hired Mr. Hastings. Upon hiring him he immediately took the reigns and had a deposition scheduled within a week, and within a month we had made more headway than I had made in six months with the previous attorney. Mr. Hastings is a highly experienced, no non-sense attorney who knows how to get the job done to achieve the most positive results for his clients. Unlike many other attorneys, he will not waste your time by simply telling you what you want to hear, nor will he nickel and dime you for every little thing just to hike up your bill. He is very direct and does not sugar coat the truth. Through the deposition, mediation, and arbitration for my case, as well as a child custody hearing that I had the opportunity to witness him represent another client, he always maintained a very professional, commanding presence both in and out of the courtroom. He has an extremely effective questioning style that is both calm and intimidating to the opposing party. I could not be happier with the outcome of my case! Absolutely one of the best attorneys in concord. I have used Mr. Hastings for almost 3 years. Not only is he very knowledable and has the best advice but he is an aggressive attorney when it comes to court and representing his clients. Still use him when needed to this day. Okay attorney for what was needed but too expensive. I feel he could of done more then what he did for me.

Having to have an attorney is bittersweet, no matter what. No one WANTS to have to have an attorney, especially to end their marriage. But having someone as communicative and sympathetic and Amber and her team made me at least feel like I had a support system. No matter how much I want my ex to be fair and reasonable....no one else can MAKE him a good person, and no one else can change the fact that I had kids with him. All they can do is follow the law, fight for my rights, and try to get me through this difficult time and I could not be happier with my team.

Ms. Billick handled my case with the utmost care. Her staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help me through a difficult time.
