Kristen Dewar took care of a speeding ticket I had back in 2001 going 80 in a 55. Never went to court regarding this matter and it caused me to have a Failure to Appear. Spoke with the clerk of court in Gaston County Courthouse. Who stated that I would need to come in and speak with DA regarding matter but due to work and me staying in a different city several miles away. Definitely was not able to do so. My license was revoked from another issue after but in order to get them back I had to get the issue taking care of in 2001 and the issue in my hometown. Kristen was able to get my 2001 ticket in Gastonia NC dismissed and my Failure to Appear removed! She is definitely GREAT with her job title and work performance!

I reached over to Ms.Baker based on her good reviews from her clients in google and other websites. I explained my ticket and how I was stopped by the police in Carrabus county. She took care of everything and helped in reducing down the ticket to fine with no points on license. She did her job in 2 weeks after I hired her. I am truly happy with her service.

I am very satisfied with how they handled my case, they are not the type of lawyer that only appears for you in court and pays your ticket , the lawyer did not sign any agreement until he got the best possible deal . his secretary Fernanda is very kind and always maintains good communication at all times , I highly recommend this firm 👌

Got a speeding ticket for 60 in a 45...then doubly screwed up forgetting my court date! Contacted Atty. Laura Baker the day after I was supposed to appear in court fearing the worst. Took less than 10 minutes to fill out the forms she emailed over to allow her to represent me, and she took over from there! She tried to contact the DA, despite it being the middle of a holiday week ( close to Christmas ), and tried to take care of the matter quickly. She wasn't able to get through during the holiday break, but was impressed by Mrs. Baker working over a holiday and how dedicated she is to her new clients! She was able to resolve the matter w/ the DA shortly after New Years and got the matter of my missing the court date completely dismissed, and got the speeding ticket reduced to improper equipment - so no insurance increase or points. The rates she charged were also fair and reasonable. Thank you Mrs. Baker!
