We hired Kristen to help us through a personal bankruptcy. Kristen is definitely knowledgable on the law of bankruptcy. She was professional and compassionate at the same time. She personally answered all our emails in more than a reasonable amount of time (and there were many). This has been one of the most stressful times in our lifes but Kristen always made us feel better. We definitely do not hesitate to recommend her for bankruptcy needs.

We never thought we would ever file bankruptcy. We both worked and we were responsible bill payers. But, then my husband got hurt and filed for Social Security. (the horror stories about that are true) No big deal, I was still working and then I lost my job and got hurt working a part time job and had to have surgery. We had no choice. I didn't want to lose my home. We met with Ms. Nardone and I was amazed. She understood. And even though she has heard the same story with most of her clients, she was still so compassionate. She understood the emotion. She represented us amazingly at the creditors meeting. She answered every question. (and Lord knows I had so many of them) She was always available.
