Dutch Entwistle of Hartsell & Williams is a highly skilled attorney who represented my family in a civil suit. I strongly recommend Dutch and would retain him again if needed. He treats his clients with dignity and respect and was there with us for the "long haul". His collaborative approach with clients combined with strong communication skills and good judgment produce a solid formula for success. Other attorneys on the team at the practice, namely David Williams, Merritt White, and Mike Burgner are equally professional and responsive. Their assistants are also very helpful and attentive. My family used this office for many years so when I needed someone to handle a basic real estate transaction, I called. Problem is I could not get a response. I like to believe maybe it fell through the cracks...however it doesn't seem that way. When I am not able to help someone, I let them know. I am sure the attorneys here are still good quality as they were for my father and grandfather but my experience was a let down.

Their representation was excellent. They accomplished exactly what I wanted and needed without unnecessarily running up massive legal bills. Dutch was the perfect attorney and my only regret was not finding him sooner.

This Attorneys Office was Awesome! Unfortunately my Son was given a ticket for speeding while home on college break. We were prepared to go to court to handle the Ticket feeling confident because the officer said he will work with him, but I decided to do a quick search an found Attorney Jay White. The staff was so friendly and made me feel so confident that my son would be ok after their representation. He’s a new driver and I wanted his slate to remain clean. Just received an email that they had it reduced to improper equipment. We are now being more aware of Speed limit changes especially going down hill. I highly recommend Attorney J White. Thank you.

Dutch Entwhistle was my attorney for a suit involving property lines and fences. It was an 18-month struggle, but Dutch was responsive to me, professional and appropriately aggressive with the other party's attorney. My only complaint is that Dutch does not handle more areas of law so that I could retain him as my counsel on all legal matters. I confidently recommend Dutch to anyone seeking help with a civil legal situation.

The one lawyer there who is handling my mother’s estate will not respond when he was beforehand to finally send heir’s funds out. I am growing suspicious about why it is not closing out. No response to email and the receptionist will not tell us what is going on. No response or being honest makes people worrisome. So the law form in the past was very good by other lawyers but this one handling my mother’s estate is not professional and suspicious of why no response!

Mr. White doesn't need a great review from me, but I want everyone to know how amazing he is anyways. Mr. White handled my divorce and child custody. My ex was a drug addict and didn't need to be around our daughter unsupervised. Mr. White was extremely professional and a great advocate for my daughter. This was 14 years ago, but I will never forget what he did for us. Thank you Merritt White! God bless you!

He participated in a civil trail where due process was not followed. Now to get it expunged
