Attorney Allen-Boger helped me with my situation involving a claim against my employer. She made sure that I understood the challenges of this process from beginning to end, and all the legal documents and terminology that was used. Attorney Boger- Allen is a GREAT attorney! She has represented me twice. Both case was a VICTORY! My first case was when the company I worked for (twenty years) was in the process of trying to built a case to terminate me by sabotaging my work with false information. Attorney Allen fought on my behalf and won! She also made sure that I was reimbursed during the time the company had me on suspension My second case was when I leased my rental unit to my best friend who tremendously damaged my property that caused me over $5,000.00 in damages. I used Attorney Allen for my divorce and regretted it. She actually handled the visitation piece in somewhat timely manner but then her attention turned elsewhere. We still had child support and also the division of our assets that comprised of bank accounts, retirement accounts and real estate.She would go weeks with no word from her. I would call her and would never get a returned call back. I even went up to the office sat until she could see me. I ended up going to another attorney that finished what Atty ignored for over a year this new attorney finished in 4 months. The other atty not only finished quickly but was also able to get for me more than I expected in final distribution.
