Don't like being rushed when I'm paying or getting you paid thousands of dollars from 2 real estate deals in 3 days and then having to return(while trying to move) because a form was missed. Also didn't like being told something was going to be discussed, then not discussed and when asked, being told they couldn't speak to that; consult a tax attorney.

Nick L and Ashley D were great to work with. They were able to close the sale of a rental property early and pull through in the clutch. They are both very professional, very responsive, and easy to work with. I highly recommend asking for them to handle your RE closings.

As a real estate agent, Knipp Law Office is one of my favorite real estate law offices to work with. They are always one of my recommendations for my buyer clients.
If you go to the Plaza-Midwood location, please be careful when parking in the back lot. There was a pipe sticking out of the ground about three inches which will destroy your tire. It's in the non-paved part of their lot.
Please do not let that be a reflection of how well they perform their services.
