Great people that make a great organization!

The easiest closing you could ask for - cash deal - no loan pay off. They could have had the paperwork done two weeks before the closing. But no. Buyer was from out of town. They forgot to send the closing papers to be sign until two days before the closing. They didn’t send the information for wiring the funds until the day before and then did not follow up with the client. As a result the morning of the closing the buyer was wiring their funds. The closing paperwork did not have the real estate taxes listed. They were rushed every time I spoke with them on the phone like they were chasing their tails since they were. I had my own attorney, thank god, my closing was at 8:30am and I was not given a check until 12:30. That was after I called the county to see why they had not yet posted the property transaction, they had never received it. Within ten minutes of telling Knipp Law firm that I called the county and the county did not have our paperwork we got our check. Was this incompetent work or retaliation for not using their firm for the closing. Either way they botched the simplest of closings and were more last minute than I have ever seen on any of my closings where a bank was involved with a pay off. Would strongly suggest not using this firm. For a specialized real estate attorney they don’t really know what they are doing.

First time attempting to be a home buyer. Deal fell through because bank appraised home lower than the sales price. Law office sent me an invoice for title work within 2 days of cancelling the deal but have not received my earnest payment back after waiting 20+ days. Calling every week and keep getting told it’s been mailed on a new day every time .

Every time I have a closing at this law office it is a disaster. Being a broker on the selling side, we do not pick the attorney's office. I have emailed and called this office about 7 times on the same subject with no response and when I finally demanded one from the front desk, they say, they will get back to me. The service is horrible, same experience every time!

Work with this company professionally and have now personally on my own home purchase! Love them! Josh was amazing!!!! Thanks so much for everything!
