The offices of James Surane handled mediation on my behalf. As a result I was able to save money by getting the matter resolved out of court.

As an owner of a professional property management company, we can screen potential tenants to the best of our abilities, however, sometimes, an eviction is necessary (rare in our case). I have been using Surane Law Firm for going on 10 years now to handle our tenant-landlord issues if and when they arise. I hired this law office to handle two evictions and judgments. I can never get anyone to answer the phone, cannot seem to figure out what is going on w my cases. So i am handling it all with the clerk of court and sheriffs office myself, while paying them. Find another law office to handle these issues for you.

What a horrible experience, that's why they disabled the reviews on their Facebook page. I could never get anyone to respond to my emails. They waited a week before doing anything. I had two questions they absolutely ignored and then hysterically refused to answer. I wasn't even sure anyone would show up to court for me. Sad excuse for attorneys, totally unprofessional. Was told me to schedule a consultation for $300 to ask two questions about my case, things that should have been disclosed to me anyway.
