I hired Derek and paid him his fee of around $2700 and then he didn't show up to my first appearance at court, texted me instructions to do it myself, and then totally vanished. All attempts to contact him or his office have failed. He took my money. I am working class. This guy sucks.

Really odd experience.
Have called three times and left messages per website’s instructions over the last two weeks. Sent follow up emails over the same time span using their “contact us” page. Still no reply. This attorney was recommended to me but the lack of follow up may be a watch out. Hopefully all is well with them.

we hired him and payed him. he never did what we paid him to do and have yet to get in contact with him, he won't return our phone calls.

I paid $950 for my case to handled and he pretty much abandoned the case. I spent weeks trying to contact him and no response until the night before my case was to go to court and then he asked for another $500. I wouldn’t recommend this lawyer to anyone!!

Recently my daughter got a out of state ticket and Kelly suggested I contact a friend who would be able to help us resolve the issue..Kelly has helped me before with a speeding ticket.
