Dustin McCrary and staff assisted me during the hardest part of my life. Dustin truly has a gift as he kept me calm during difficult discussions, mediations, and even took my frantic call on a holiday. Dustin is so knowledgeable, and I always felt I was in good hands. Dustin and Julie were always one step ahead. They moved at my pace but were always ready to go the extra mile for me. I have recommended him to my closest friends and will continue to do so.

I was extremely impressed with Dustin McCrary! As an engaged couple, both in our 60's, he crafted a prenuptial agreement for us that was protective for each of our interests. For couples getting married later in life it is very important to have an agreement that takes into consideration potential medical and nursing home debt as well as definitive language that addresses distribution upon death of accumulated property and monetary assets. Mr McCrary wrote a clear and concise document, and had no problem with editing it. His initial quoted price for the agreement was as agreed upon with no additional hidden costs or fees. I would highly recommend him to a family member or friend !

Divorce can be one of the hardest things you're ever going to go through. After a four year divorce involving multiple lawyers, multiple states, etc., I feel confident in saying that Dustin is a solid choice for your divorce lawyer needs. I hope to never need him again, but if I do, Dustin will certainly be my choice of representation.

Its never a good time when you need a family law attorney. Whether its custody, child support, or divorce, its a hard time. What I can say about Dustin is that he is a great listener and a great attorney. He is worth every penny paid to him. He knows the law well, knows the courts well, and knows how to give you the best chance possible to have the best outcome in your case. He helped me with a contentious divorce and was such a rock for me in this. He works well with you, has your back, and gives you the time of day, something I havent had in other attorneys. He is also very good in the courtroom during trial. He knows the process and procedure and is a freaking fantastic trial attorney. I couldn't recommend him more. Denise Anderson represented my sister and I in a guardianship petition for a family member. She was quite knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. She was very well prepared for the court proceeding. As a result the court granted our request for guardianship at the end of the proceeding. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the representation that we received as well as the outcome!

Upon meeting Denise for an initial consultation we felt very comfortable with our decision to hire her as our attorney. She was very open and honest about the cost, application process and all of the fine details. We met at her office and completed all of the paperwork as expected. This is likely to happen with the majority of good attorneys though I feel. My biggest compliment of Denise was that she was always available and I never felt I was a burden to her when I called or emailed with questions on the process. At the end of the green card application I was concerned that it had been rejected due to something I noticed online. I immediately emailed Denise (around 8am). Within 35minutes she had been on the phone to USCIS, clarified the concern and called me to ease my concerns and explain what was happening. This was a huge relief and very much appreciated! We have now been granted the green card and when it comes to payment for Denise she is being extremely flexible. She could very well, within her rights, demand that the cost be paid in full now that the case is over. However she is allowing me payment installments as she is very understanding of the fact that I was not able to work during the application process. I would highly recommend Denise to anyone needing immigration support. When it comes time for me to renew my green card and apply for the ten year green card, I will 100% be using her services again.

Hired Denise to manage a traffic ticket and she did an excellent job. Communcation was spot on before and after court. She managed to get my ticket reduced to improper equipment 0 points. I was very happy with all aspects of the transaction.
