Keith came highly recommended from my local mom’s group. I gave him a call and was impressed that he took time to speak with me right away. He gave me insight into whether or not I had a potential case during that first exploratory call, even before I had officially hired him to represent my son. From there I was equally impressed with his knowledge and skill regarding Special Education Law and all the ways my son’s school district was violating his rights. We settled our case quickly and feel we got everything we needed for our son. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and with Keith’s services. Highly recommend.

Mr. Howard is wonderful. He called me back promptly and spoke to me thoughtfully about my case. I would highly recommend choosing this office for your legal needs.

Mr Howard has been an invaluable asset in dealing with my sons IEP and IEE. The school district went out of their way to deny services and openly discriminated against my son. Once Mr Howard was involved the school suddenly became agreeable to provide all recommended services. I would highly recommend Mr Howard to anyone whose school district is failing their special needs child.

Keith was very quick and informative in helping to assist me with an issue I was having for my son. His assistance provided me with the tools I needed to “get the ball rolling”. He was able to also provide additional resources to assist me even further

Professional, responsive, and effective!

nicole is amazing. she does a great job. she provides high quality at a good price. she has a great personality. she is very open, friendly, empathetic, etc. Don't waste your time calling other attorneys. For me, lawyers have been condescending, cold, not empathetic, pompous, pilfering, etc. An attorney is supposed to make you feel better. You should feel like someone has your back. That your confident that the attorney will do their job. If your being bullied, etc. The attorney is suppose to stop the bullying. When the attorney does nothing it makes you feel worse (you already feel horrible, scared, etc). Normally you pay upfront for their service. Now, you feel like your money was stolen from the attorney. It usually is a large amount of money. doesn't matter how much money is paid. i'm a poverty person. an attorney stole my money. no problem stealing from the poor. The job wasn't done and it made u feel worse. An attorney not returning your calls. you could do a call every other day. the attorney doesn't return your call. that makes you feel, worse, worried (is the attorney going to do the job correctly and communicate with me), you may be ripped off, distressed, etc. An attorney has the label "counselor". Just like going to a social worker for "counseling". That worker should make you feel like they care about you, etc. I just got off the phone (i'm not making this up! ) with Nicole. she met all the info. I have talked about in this review. Always, she thought of me instead of herself. i said i was gonna do a review immediately "she said don't worry about that, all i want you to do is take care of your urgent matter. I just got of the phone with her (i'm not making this up!) - on 10/4/22. she put my urgent needs instead of me doing this review. She said, oh i don't care about a review. do yourself a favor, make your first call to Attorney Nicole Henderson.

Attorney Henderson handled some time consuming issues for my sister and she was extraordinary in completing her needs.

In summary, hire him before the other party does. He is not one to be messed with, and he will carry that attitude into your case. Business is a priority for this man. If you want it handled and handled correctly for your benefit, your search ends here. (All of these words apply without context due to the case). He listened attentively and spoke gently, clearly, and repeatedly without haste when asked to do so. Don't be fooled by his gentle demeanor. Much like the tiger pacing, he knows his worth. Strategically watching, planning, and considering the most effective way to end the sadly misguided confidence of those unwilling to accommodate another's basic needs. Mr. Keith L. Howard will treat you with respect and courtesy. In all regards, it will be obvious that this man was raised correctly. He went above and beyond for me. His actions allowed me to continue living my day-to-day life with full confidence, knowing he had my back from the start. He fought for me and for what was right (a big relief exhale).
