Hired Jesse Jones(attorney) to type up a business contract for us. They asked for $1,500 upfront before meeting and to type up the contract. During our video chat he said it would take him a couple of days. A couple of days turned into two weeks. There was no communication on his end and I had to call the office twice. I sent him Two text messages and two emails on different dates and he never responded until the end of the second week. He never apologized for his poor communication and bad customer service. (I have emails and text to validate this) Obviously he wasn’t interested. Well from a business owner to an “attorney” if he wants more customers he needs to treat people right and drop his ego. Fired him and will look elsewhere. What a waste of time. They should be sending my refund l.

We had an awesome experience with the Law firm. They were professional, caring, thoughtful and thorough. They made a thorny legal issue simple to understand and once we reached an agreement on the plan, their execution was flawless. I can’t say enough good things about them, to say I would go back to them again in a heart beat!

The McIntosh law firm did a great job handling all of my needs when it came to my godfather‘s estate. There were some times when it felt like it was taking forever for the estate to close, but none of those times were caused by efficiency the part of the law firm. It’s just the name of the game.
