As we advanced into our 50’s, we quickly realized that we would require professional legal assistance with all of our Estate Planning as we wanted to ensure that ourselves, our loved ones and financial assets are effectively protected. We discovered that there are many “free” options available online, and we realized that we needed some guidance from a local and trusted law firm to ensure that our interests were indeed protected by the fullest extent of the law and that our final wishes were adequately recorded. We realized that this would be a little more complicated than simply filling out a few free, generic forms on some untrusted website. You were very patient and accommodating through this process and answered all of the many questions and concerns we had. Estate planning can be a daunting task, but you were able to fashion a game plan for us and make the entire planning process easier than we could have ever imagined.
