Was looking for a Living Trust. Wanted to have a short consultation call to see if there was a fit with the firm and attorneys. They wanted $400 for a phone call. When I probed about their offering everything was an add on for more $$. Setting up a simple LLC, which can be done online for a few hundred dollars, was $1500++. I got the impression that they acted like a big city law firm where the cash register rings every time they pick up the phone or make a copy. This is not what I envisioned as a hometown attorney. I’m sure I can’t afford them.

I was there on behalf of a friend that was making changes to her will and getting a Trust set up. I was most impressed with each meeting that I attended. You were thorough in explaining everything step by step and answering any questions she had. I feel confident that all of this will help her feel safer as she gets older and handling finances will be handled by those of you who know exactly what to do and keep her abreast of any information or changes that occur. I would highly recommend your group to others who need any help in this area.

Hired Jesse Jones(attorney) to type up a business contract for us. They asked for $1,500 upfront before meeting and to type up the contract. During our video chat he said it would take him a couple of days. A couple of days turned into two weeks. There was no communication on his end and I had to call the office twice. I sent him Two text messages and two emails on different dates and he never responded until the end of the second week. He never apologized for his poor communication and bad customer service. (I have emails and text to validate this) Obviously he wasn’t interested. Well from a business owner to an “attorney” if he wants more customers he needs to treat people right and drop his ego. Fired him and will look elsewhere. What a waste of time. They should be sending my refund l.
