I can honestly say if you are ever in Harnett County and you need an attorney this is the place to go. Awesome lawyers and the professionalism of Parrish Daughtry is something that I truly appreciate and admire.

For their own greed, just choose another office.

Called in this morning to find out how much it would cost to file a petition. The Secretary who answered the phone was extremely rude. After getting told I’d need to pay $750 to get a price on filing the petition I said that didn’t make sense and didn’t see paying $750 for a 2 min conversation to find out how much for an attorney to fill in a piece of paper and both parties in agreement her response was “I’d suggest you call bo jones or Charlene edwards” and hung up.

DO NOT!!!!! Do not chose Hayes, Williams, Turner & Daughtry, P.A. if you are looking for timely follow-up and competent admin staff. It takes days to get responses even over multiple calls and emails. The admin staff sent us another client's confidential paperwork. They sent us documents via Dropbox that never worked with no explanation on how to correct. Several times the legal documents they prepared had the wrong dates, including the final documents, sign 11/2022, says distributive award shall be paid by 05/01/2022. Payment still has not been deposited. We were looking for a compassionate firm that could really help guide us through the process of divorce. We do not find that at Hayes, Williams, Turner & Daughtry, P.A. One hurdle after another! Disappointed!!!

I have utilized Hayes, my daughter utilized his daughter and my son Mr. Turner. The outcomes have been phenomenal. Their professionalism and understanding of the law is outstanding. One of their best qualities, in comparison to other attorneys, is they're honest and explain to you the procedures they are going to take in accordance to the law. They do not give you the runaround or false promises to get your business. They tell it like it is. Wonderful representatives of the law. Highly recommend.

----UPDATE----I had court again yesterday, for the 3 charges I got back in June, from an incident that happened in April. I was so nervous that I could barely function! I am a good person that gets judged lots by people who do not know me and I have bad luck all the time, so I am always expecting the worst!!!! The only hope I had, was knowing what law firm/lawyer I had fighting for me! Mr.Hayes went in and stood up for me and my serious charges were dismissed!!! I have been worrying myself sick for almost a year!!!! I am still in shock that it is finally OVER!! I AM SO THANKFUL, HE HAS NO IDEA WHAT HE HAS DONE FOR ME!!! If you are in a bind this is the law firm to pick!!!! They have a reputation and THEY ARE TOP NOTCH!!!! Mr.Hayes is kind and firm! I WILL ALWAYS USE THEM WHEN I NEED AN ATTORNEY!! ------------------------‐--------------I have some pretty serious charges pending. I met with Mr.Hayes and he was SO NICE AND REASSURING!!! I was and still am a nervous wreck about the whole situation. When I met him in his office and when I spoke with him on the phone, he was kind and patient with me.
