Attorney Griffin is so much more than just a great attorney. He is an attorney who cares about his clients and works tirelessly to fight for them. He has represented me and helped me in many matters, most recently a DWI that we had to appeal and take to trial in Superior Court. Although many called my case a loser, Griffin said to me to pray and never drink and drive again. With all that we were up against, he stood by me and fought for me until the end where we received a NOT GUILTY at trial. If you are looking for an attorney who will listen, advise, fight and more especially care, Attorney Griffin is your guy.

Frasier & Griffin attorneys are 2 of the best attorneys in the game. You can tell they have a great relationship with the court system. Attorney Frazier helped me throughout the whole process. With 3 cases attached to my name they were able to get all 3 dismissed.

Receptionist was extremely nice and left me with the feeling the rest of the lawyers office would be just as nice and helpful. Was I ever wrong. The lawyer that called me a day after trying to find consultation, was severely rude and started the call by yelling at me. didn't let me get a word in, or even explain my case before saying UNFORTUNATELY I CAN'T HELP YOU! she had no idea of what my situation was, nor trying to hear it and was obviously angry about something else, then took her frustration out on me. I feel sorry for anyone else trying to get help with disability and ends up with her for a lawyer, (If that's even possible) they will have to deal with a lot more than just a disability case. You should be ashamed of yourself on how you talk to people, especially when they go to you for help.

If I could give this place a 0 I would worst mistake that I made to let this company represent me. When I call can't talk to the paralegal and do not get a call back . And if you email her it takes months to hear back. I strongly advised you go somewhere else that will keep you updated about your case this is not the right law firm.

As long as a good defense and integrity are not top of your priority list, you're in good hands! Call Clayton and Myrick instead. Griffin defended a woman that ran a stop sign, killing Kevin Dendy, an absolute pillar of our Durham community. Prior to his widow walking into court he told her attorney he would not be seeking a PJC because it is "inappropriate". Wouldn't you know he did? He was not granted it. After 12 victim impact statements his only defense was to read a 4 sentence, insincere apology "from the defendant", and look at the grieving widow and tell her "I know how you feel, I lost a nephew last year". WHAT A JOKE. The defense was obviously poor and his client got the MAX penalty to serve in community service with a year of no license and probation, to serve jail time if not completed. After court we saw him hanging around, and 2 hours later the Durham DA office called for us to come in the next day where the sentence was all but completely reversed. So what happened in that time??? I'll let you speculate. Not to mention that Kevin went to Syracuse University (stated in his obituary) and Griffin showed up in a navy suit with Syracuse orange bowtie and tennis shoes. What a see-through attempt. And tried to console someone reading their impact statement. Unprofessional. It was honestly the most unprofessional display I have ever seen from a lawyer. In the subsequent hearing he had to be asked to be quiet because he was attempting to LIE about how the accident happened, though the state troopers that wrote the report were present. This review is not because I was on the other side of the aisle from him. It is because his unprofessional display, made his client look WORSE- like someone that had no regard or care of their actions.

Great office staff and wonderful attorneys, couldnt ask for a better team to help with your legal needs. Overall 5 out of 5 stars.
