He stayed right on top of my case and kept me informed promptly on all developments. The company has knowledgeable and courteous staff. I hired John Griffin last year (2020) for a traffic case. Throughout the entire process, if i needed a question answered, he would respond in a timely manner. I just want to say that I reached out to Frasier & Griffin with an improbable task. And these were the guys who were up for the job. I had a terrible driving record that spanned over 20 years and probably at least 20 infractions form counties all over NC. I first talked to Ralph Frazier and he instructed me on what I needed to do and pay. Now, my situation was so complex b/c I had two different driving records that had to be merged and resolved. I was thinking that I would never get my license back. After talking to Ralph, Randy Griffin took over, talked to me about what he could do, and how he was going to go about it. To make a long story short he came back to me about 30 or so days later and said, "man it was hard but this is what I got taken care of for you". It was basically everything that I needed to get my license back.. I am so appreciative of Randy, Ralph and the firm, I feel indebted to them. If you need some really extraordinary lawyers that will go out and do what ever needs to be done for your case, Frasier & Griffin is the only place to got.
