Do not use. They just mail out packets to everybody involved in a DOT project and treat you like just another case number. There is no communication from them after you sign the dotted line for them to represent you. We constantly were having to reach out to them for updates. There was no direction on what we should do with our case even after our offer was received. Do not choose them to represent you, all they care about is getting as many cases as they can under their belt. We dropped them.
