Kellie was great. Always communicated with me through the whole process, did everything she could to prepare me for any outcome. She was honest with me, answered any question i had and made sure i understood what was happening at every part of the process. she actually seemed interested in the case and it was clear that she did plenty of research leading up to the hearing.
