Mr Bergman handle the buyer side of a recent property I sold. It was a real mess. He used my buyers funds for another closing therefore didn’t have the funds for my closing and wanted me to wait another day to receive my funds. He recorded my deed into the buyers name and couldn’t pay me. I had no house and no money. I flipped! He was able to wire the funds to me later that day but was far from professional in my opinion. I have been involved in over a dozen real estate deals and have never encountered a problem like this. I plan on filing a complaint concerning this transaction.
