He took the time to explain the possible implications of my charge and some possible outcomes. Everything was explained upfront in plain English in a short phone call, and he answered all of my questions. Furthermore, he made everything very easy, from easy forms and payment methods, to prompt follow-up e-mails, and also informing me of the result on the case on the day-of, as well as next steps. All communications with him had exactly the right info that I needed at the right time. Ken also worked to review some additional material that I provided to him and was able to have my case fairly assessed in court. This man is truly a godsend! He was able to reduce my speeding ticket from 77 in a 55 to 64 in a 55 with no penalties! I get to keep my license & there will be no increase in my insurance rates.
