My nostalgia for this place is off the charts--just wish I could have known then what I know now so that I could have much better appreciated my experience, the professors, the courses and the life knowledge that I learned in the 1970s. The constellations of memories I have are bitterly sweet as I remember those who I knew who are deceased. My consolation is that I studied comparative religion and therefore I learned that memories may in fact survive the death of the physical body, and I learned that storehouses of memories may exist that link us back--hook us back up with--those experiences and beings who many would say are gone.

High-academic reputation school with very nice campus. The campus is located in a forest which is located in the downtown of Durham.
