I am very glad I called James Scott Farrin, Alexander Tuttle and Taylor Fulford did a great job to help me out, They did everything for me I really did not have to do much cuz they take care of it all for me. This one the best thing I ever did was to call them and get them on my side. Yes I would have anyone use James Scott Farrin they make your life easyer and the are the best. I didn't have to worry about the legal side I was able to focus on myself and my recovery they worked fast they stayed informative I learned a lot along the way I thank them so much and I'm sure you're going to be thankful for them too

I would be hesitant to hire this firm, or better yet the specific lawyer that was assigned to my case. He was more concerned about those that caused my injury and the hospital than he is about me, the client. I once trusted them, but as time went on and it was known he, the lawyer wouldn’t receive what he usually does, my case became not much a priority. I had to show him other claims that could be filed on my behalf. He will place responsibilities on his paralegals but he is the one receiving the big bucks. They are more concerned about telling me he is a “partner” than he is communicating with me about what is going on with the case. If you ask questions and challenge his motives and actions, he becomes very aggressive with you. He believes you the client are not privy to questioning his actions or lack there of. They have had my settlement for over a month, and I have yet to receive a dime. I feel as though he is more concerned about how to justify taking more than he agreed to. It’s funny how they say they are paying bills for you, yet you find out no bills have been paid, while you are still receiving bills from the hospital and Dr. offices. They are willing to double pay the hospital n health insurance, because they are all in it together. You the client are the vessel to their 100k cars and million dollar homes. Meanwhile you will have life changing injuries, never be able to run with your kids and enjoy life as you previously did, before the event that made you call them. They don’t even have the respect to sit down and speak with you face to face. That lets you know the level of professionalism and human touch they have for your injuries and what your family is going through. They won’t even look you in the face to justify taking your money, while ill advised. You are the last on the list of priorities in YOUR OWN CASE. Communication, validation, transparency and verification are at a minimum. Client beware!! I purposely did not include his name, but he is a partner of this firm!! Please file the claim yourself, it’s not much different than it takes to file for a cracked windshield.
