I was in an accident in Feb 2020, I hired this firm to represent me because the other driver was at fault. I went to the ER after the accident, and I was billed. The lawyer told me DONT pay because it will be handled at the end of the settlement. I did not receive payout until Oct 2020. They explained that all the monies were allocated to the respective parties. January 2021 I check my credit score and it has dropped tremendously because of the previous bill mentioned from the ER. I called the firm and they sent me to the paralegal voicemail which I called several times and left voicemails. I also called the hospital to see why it was not paid and they explained that the amount was not allocated for in the payment statements from the law firm. I called the firm again and sent emails in regards to the bill that was not paid for. Still have yet to receive a response from paralegal, lawyer or anyone from this firm. Matthew D.
