Javonte and Miriah were great! They helped me all throughout my case. They made sure to keep me up to date every couple of weeks. Everything was a lot less stressful for me as this was the first accident I had been in. I highly recommend them for others in my situation.

James Scott Farrin's team was so helpful and so responsive to all my questions ,and kept me very aware of everything that went on with my case from day one. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone. All I had to do was concentrate on getting well from an automobile accident that was a long 8 months of recovery following a surgery. They had patience, and gave me straight up honest answers to everything I wanted to know. They returned every phone call I made to them. They put together a package with their expertise that got a top dollar settlement for my person injury claim.

They did a good job but i didn't feel like i really meant much as a person just a means for money. I was confused & felt stupid through most of the process. My attorney Eric did try to help me but always seemed rushed so again i felt lost & somewhat alone.

I was in an accident back in January 2019, I hired this firm to represent me because the other driver was at fault. After going to the ER immediately after the accident, I was billed for my visit. My lawyer told me to NOT pay anything because it would be handled with the settlement. I did not receive payout until May of 2019. They explained that all the monies were allocated to the respective parties. Fast forward to now, (JUNE 2020) I check my credit score and it has dropped significantly because of the previous bill mentioned from the ER. I called the firm and they told me to reach out to the hospital. I called the hospital to see why it was not paid and they explained that the amount was not allocated for in the payment statements from the law firm. I called the firm back and spoke with the attorney who handled my case and his response was very short and insensitive. Might have well said "Oh well, not my problem". I demanded to speak with someone over him and he brushed me off and said they will be in contact sometime next week. This is UNEXCEPTIONABLE! I paid them 1/3 of my settlement to represent me and they left out an important bill that ended up hitting my credit report and costing me in the end. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Especially Attorney J. Gabe Talton.
