I cannot say enough great things about my legal team at JSF, especially Erica Hauge! However, what stands out the most is I always felt like I had someone in my corner, fighting for me. After my car accident I was struggling with an injured neck and back as well as a severe concussion. My rehabilitation took over six months. During that time, I was consistently checked on and updated about my case. JSF helped manage my medical bills, handled the other insurance companies, and took the time to listen to me and gather all of the relevant information. I have already referred several of my friends and I plan to continue to do so. If you want someone to represent you that has your best interest at heart, go to JSF! I know that if something happens in the future, Erica from JSF will be my first call!

So this is going to be my favorite lawyer to work with when it comes to car accidents. The first day out from the hospital, james Scott was at my door with a personal delivery. The box just alone sold me on doing business with them. Erica gone above and beyond, she made sure that she included me on everything. My lawyer really did not call me like that. Erica was the main reason why I stayed with them. Her voice makes you think that she is a voice from heaven, and her personality made me feel as if I was home.

My experience with the law office was very helpful. Staffing was always a pleasure to speak with. My life was flipped upside down in march when i was tboned. Completely not my fault. They helped me along the process and handled every thing. I highly recommend them if you are every in need.

Poor experience! I was sent a pamphlet in the mail after my car accident and Attorney Hicks called me to discuss possibly taking my case and after discussion she informed me she would need to discuss with her litigation team and would contact me to let me know. SHE NEVER CALLED ME AND DIDNT HAVE THE DIGNITY TO NOTIFY ME! They are only after the money not to help injuries people. Choose a smaller law firm I did and had great results!!!!!

After I had gotten over the initial shock of a large truck hitting my car on March 13th of this year, I thought, now I got to get a lawyer. I was recommended to James Scott Farrin by a relative. It was a good move on my part. From day 1, every person that I talked with was very understanding and helpful. They listened to what I had to say. The attorneys and paralegals were great.
