Bill Mills was extraordinary to work with during an incredibly stressful several months in which my case lasted. He was smart, both legally and ethically, reassuring, and supportive through its entirety. Characteristically, he is amazing, as well as a legal representative. I would undoubtedly recommend Bill to anyone needing legal advice or help.

Bill had been recommended to me by a close friend who teaches at Duke law school and I now know why. Bill is great at the law, but is just as good if not better at guiding me through the process and being a great guy. I never felt pressured or pushed - he was a great sounding board for all the emotions that are part and parcel of going through a civil case. I had a great outcome in the case, but just as importantly, the case didn't take a huge toll of me personally. I'm really lucky that someone I trusted recommended Bill. I hope no one I'm close to will ever be in a civil case, but if they are, Bill will be our first phone call.
